When you submit a question, Metro Labs of Ohio receives the name, email address, optional phone number, service selection, and message you provide. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you request.

Inquiry information is stored on our hosting server and is available to authorized staff. We also send your inquiry and contact details to our business email inbox through Google Workspace so our team can respond. Our hosting provider processes website requests as part of operating this site. Basic server logs may include IP addresses and request details for reliability and security.

This website does not use advertising trackers. The question form is for general inquiries only. Please do not send medical records, test results, Social Security numbers, payment information, or other sensitive information.
